When I was blending a Footsease mix the other day my 4 year old daughter came in to watch me. She asked " Mama why do you have to mix it with your hands?" I answered her " because energy from my hands goes into the herbs, then when people use the footbaths the energy goes into their feet and their bodies helping them to feel better" How? She asked. I said, "Well, I want people to feel better when they use them so that's my intention and that's what makes it work."
