Herbal BathsWhy do we love taking long relaxing baths?

There is something about sinking into a bath that makes us feel literally as though all our cares are melting away. There is a scientific reason for this. Getting into a relaxing bath stimulates oxytocin production. For a woman oxytocin release is the ultimate stress buster. In fact scientific studies have shown that women have more stamina than men and when a woman gets tired or stressed it's not to do with being physically tired it is to do with a depletion of oxytocin levels.

There are many ways a woman can stimulate oxytocin production and there-by energize herself again. Talking to friends, going shopping, having sex, cooking a meal with friends, getting your hair done and taking an indulgent scented bath are all ways women can get a buzz going again. To get that feeling of well-being, loving life and feeling good you have to stimulate your oxytocin.
